All the monetary transactions done by the user of the site is in lieu of the payment gateway partner of migronix.com, and we take no responsibility for any payment discrepancies. Also, we have full right to consider and review the refund case if the amount paid by the user is in excess to the number of applications he/she has applied to. We have complete authority to review the college preferences as filled by the user if there is shortfall/excess of payment. Also, you are required to note your Transaction ID and receipt no. as provided by the payment gateway to furnish any information or track the payment status of your application form. Any pending amount to be paid by the user will need to be paid before the deadline for the application to the college has been reached. Any payment received after that may not result in acceptance of the application as a valid entry by the college. Migronix cannot be held liable for the same and no refund will be entertained in such cases.

We appreciate and respect the hard work and effort that our students put into preparing for their exams. We understand that in certain exceptional situations, a student might feel like the only solution is to request a refund. However, before taking that step, we want to make sure that you know that there are various alternatives that we can explore together, with our support, to help you succeed in your exam preparation.
Therefore, we encourage you to contact us (migronix@gmail.com) first so that we can collaborate and find a solution that best meets your needs. We are committed to working with you to help you achieve your academic goals.
In the event that you decide that a refund is the only viable solution, please refer to our policy below:
Payment in full
If you have made full payment before starting the course, a refund may be possible under the following conditions:
- You must request a refund within 3 days of making the payment.
- You must not have used any resources that you paid for.
If you have used any of the resources that you paid for, we may only be able to provide a partial refund. Our Academic Team has invested significant time, attention, knowledge, and skills into developing our courses, and we hope that our students will display the same level of commitment when taking these preparation courses.
We will do our best to respond to all refund requests as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that it may take up to 7 business days for us to process and respond to your request. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
We want to inform you that an administrative fee of ₹3500 will be applied to all refunds for packages and services. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
It’s also important to note that refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to show in your account after processing and responding the refund request.
We have opted this policy to ensure fairness and maintain the high-quality standards of our institution.
Payment in installments
If you chose to pay installments, we cannot offer any refunds.
Refund before the second lesson:
If you are not satisfied with the lessons or teaching method with your teacher, please let us know after your first lesson and we will work with you to ensure you are matched with a teacher that you are 100% satisfied with. We carefully hire and audit all of our expert teachers at Migironix, so we are incredibly confident you will be very pleased with your lessons.
If you are not satisfied with your Migronix lesson/teaching method, we will happily refund you but you must let us know before the second lesson. This is the only situation in which a refund can be issued
For Writing corrections packages
If you are not satisfied with your Migronix English Writing Corrections preparation package, we will happily refund you but you must let us know after receiving the first teacher feedback. This is the only situation in which a refund can be issued.
Used resources such as Writing Corrections will also not be refunded and will be deducted at unit rates from any returns.
Rest assured, we have extremely low refund requests from our students so we will do everything humanly possible to make sure you are satisfied.
For requests to change your package
If you would like to change your package, we will be happy to do this for you as long as you inform us within the first 3 days and only if less than 10% progress has been made.
Please note, however, that it may take up to 7 business days for us to process and respond to your request. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
Upgrades
If you would like to upgrade your package to a more comprehensive offering, please let us know and we will be happy to satisfy your request.

Additional refund terms and conditions
- Course enrolment begins from time of payment.
- Migronix Careers & Visa Solutions LLP may make changes to any of the classes, content or instructors available at any time, and without notice. The information on the website may be out of date, and Migronix Careers & Visa Solutions LLP makes no commitment to update these materials.
- We cannot refund in the event that you are not able to attend your assigned classes for any reason. We will try our best to help you with these issues.
- In the event that changes are made to the scores accepted by the NMC or GMC (or other government bodies or organisations) for any of the exams we help students with, or if a candidate decides to no longer take the exam outside of the package refund period, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund. We would be happy to switch your course to a friend or family member to use instead.

C. For Immigration and Visa Solutions Services:
- Migronix Careers & Visa Solutions LLP is not responsible for refund of any fees or other amounts/charges that have been paid to any Assessing Bodies, Immigration Authorities, Embassy/Consulate/High Commission in the event of the client not getting approval of immigration, or in case of rejection or non-acceptance of his/her request at any stage by any respective authority. The fees only include the charges towards the services rendered by Migronix Careers & Visa Solutions LLP and does not include any request or assessing fees. The client agrees to pay the entire additional fees, as applicable.
- Migronix Careers & Visa solutionons LLP has a zero-tolerance policy for charge backs. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment that is found to be valid will be permanently blacklisted and barred from use of the service.
- The company is not responsible for any delay caused by third-party services. Also, clients cannot claim a refund of service charges.
- If the client has paid the money through Credit Card or Net Banking, he will undertake voluntarily that he will not dispute the payment or notify the designated bank for chargeback, insisting that the bank to withhold or cancel the payment made to Migronix Careers & Visa Solutions LLP by him. The client further undertakes to inform his banker that the payment made to Migronix Careers & Visa Solutions LLP is genuine and the transaction is an exception for his request to cancel or chargeback the payment in his favour. This includes misuse and card loss cases either by him or through anyone else. The client agrees to cooperate with Migronix Careers & Visa Solutions LLP in this aspect in case Migronix Careers & Visa Solutions LLP wishes to defend/represent the matter in their favour before any bank/authority.
- The Service Charges by Migronix Careers & Visa Solutions LLP have no reference to the market charges and are as per the company standards to which the client agreed. Any claims after the registration, like charges being too expensive and such, would not be entertained and the client would have no right to contest the same as it was explained and expressed through all the sources of information, and the client has been informed before registering.
- The client accepts that going abroad for study or immigration includes showing enough funds, if applicable, which differs from country to country and the pathway/category the client applies. The client undertakes to meet such requirement as desired by the concerned schools/colleges/universities/immigration/other authorities, and failure to provide such funds by the client shall not make Migronix Careers & Visa Solutions LLP liable for any refund of the service charges or part thereof. In such cases, no refund request for service charges will be entertained.
- In case of the permit being rejected on the following grounds no refund will be made –
- Failing of medicals by the client or his/her relative included in the application.
- Failing to provide an authentic Police Clearance Certification. The certificate should not be less than 3 months old.
- Failure to show ample funds for settlement or maintenance by the customer or his/her relative included in the application.
- Submission of deceptive documents.
- A prior violation of any sort of immigration or visa law by the customer or any one of his/her relative included in the application.
- The late entry of any sort of additional documents requested by the consulate at a later phase.
- Falls short to fulfil the language proficiency requirements as pointed out in the pre-registration report.
- The client should also understand and accept that no refund or transfer of Migronix Careers & Visa Solutions LLP fee to a friend or a relative will be done in the event he or she abandons his/her request or decides to opt out due to any reason during the proceedings after he/she signs-up.
- The client agrees to comply with the requirements of the relevant authorities who conduct an evaluation or make a decision. The customer also agrees to produce all paperwork, including originals, if the assessing authorities so request. The client acknowledges that any failure on his or her side to produce these papers, in whole or in part, is an independent failure on the client’s part, for which Migronix Careers & Visa Solutions LLP is not liable. As a result, the client acknowledges that inability to submit
documentation is not an acceptable reason for requesting a refund. - By signing/accepting the agreement to utilize our services, the client waives their right to withdraw at any time during the procedure due to changes in their personal circumstances. Any type of settlement is inappropriate to consider or entertain. We cannot handle refund requests once services have been supplied or any portion of the procedure has begun because we are a business with significant investment.
- The Firm will not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in performing its role properly resulting from or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, such as strikes, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, Pandemics, or loss or malfunctions of computer services. The firm is expected to make reasonable steps to resume service as quickly as possible under the circumstances. Your file will be kept or withheld until the matter has been resolved. In such case, we will not issue a refund because the service has already begun.
Migronix Careers & Visa Solutions LLP reserves the rights not to provide a refund as each of our policies are according to this agreement. It is agreed by the client that she/he knows that Migronix Careers & Visa Solutions LLP will deploy its employee/s and utilize other infrastructures for providing services to the client by spending considerable amounts of money. Irrespective of the result of the request, the client hereby undertakes that he/she will not claim a refund of the fees and charges paid to Migronix Careers & Visa Solutions LLP.
